Shipping and Returns

do you accept returns and/or exchanges?

For sanity reasons Itsy Bitsy Baby Company does not accept returns or exchanges.  All sales are final.

what is your turn around time?

 Each and every IBBC (Itsy Bitsy Baby Company) package is shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-5  business days for your order to be processed and packaged before shipment. Purchases made during large releases and/or sales may take up to 10 business days to be processed and packaged before shipment.

i've placed my order, now what?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation, given you've provided us with an accurate email address. If you did not receive an order confirmation, you either did not provide us with a valid email address or your order did not go through.

Once your order is processed, a shipping label will be created and an email will be sent to the email address that you provided during checkout. This email will contain a USPS tracking number and additional shipping information. Please allow approximately 24 hours for tracking information to become available. PLEASE NOTE that all of our shipping times are NOT guaranteed.

 

IF YOU PURCHASE THE FIRST CLASS MAIL OPTION, ONCE YOUR ITEMS ARE IN THE MAIL, THE PACKAGE IS NO LONGER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF IBBC. WE WILL NOT REPLACE LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. IF YOU PURCHASED THE PRIORITY OR PRIORITY EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTION, YOUR PACKAGE DID COME STANDARD WITH INSURANCE AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO FILE A CLAIM.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, THE BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY IMPORT OR CUSTOMS FEES AND/OR TAXES. 

how long should it take for my order to arrive?

  • Takes approx. 3-5 days for delivery
  • Does NOT cover lost and/or stolen goods
  • $4 for orders under $25
  • FREE US First Class shipping for orders over $25
PRIORITY
UNITED STATES
  • Takes approx. 2-3 days for delivery
  • Comes with insurance if your package is lost
  • $8 for orders under $25
  • $4 Priority Shipping for orders over $25

what should i do if I have not received my package within the time frame stated above?

FIRST CLASS MAIL

If you have not received your order in the time stated above or your order is not showing movement within tracking, please feel free to contact your local post office or call USPS by phone at 1(800) 275-8777. You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped. Please note that First Class Mail does NOT come with insurance. IBBC will not replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery. We are also not responsible for packages that were shipped to the wrong address. If you would like your package to be insured, make sure you purchase the priority mail or priority mail express shipping option at checkout.

PRIORITY MAIL

If your package is lost or was damaged upon arrival, you have 15-60 days from the date of shipment to file a claim with USPS.
